Bubble up enchiladas




Ingredients:
Reduced Fat Buttermilk Biscuits
10 oz Can Enchilada Sauce
8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 1/4 cup Low Fat Mexican Cheese


Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. 
Brown turkey and drain thoroughly. 
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and throw in a bowl. 
Add enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, ground turkey and 3/4 cup of cheese. 
Mix it all up and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. 
Bake for 25 minutes. 
Pull out of the oven and sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup of cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
